The meme among people is as crazy as PINK color among girls 🤣😂well it's a joke. But truly people are crazy about it.
Let's start knowing about its origin.
Meme came from the Greek word MIMEMA which means Imitated. It was introduced by a British evolutionary biologist -

He introduced memes as a cultural parallel to the biological gene and is similar to the selfish gene. Meme carries information that is replicated and transmitted from one person to another. A meme can be of different types like fashion, phrases, ideas, and many more. I know it's confusing but this is the reality, which means the meme we use is introduced for some  biological terms.

Simply the meme we use nowadays is an Internet meme. These Internet memes have become worldwide popular. And now we all are addicted to it and we love it so much. But it means that we completely changed its real meaning which was introduced by DAWKINS.
His original concept is completely changed from the early 21st century.
