One of the most horror game series ever. This series has 3 terrifying games- Amnesia: the dark descent, Amnesia: Justine, Amnesia: a machine for pigs. Amnesia is ranked at 3rd position for the best horror of all time in 2017 by GAMES RADER. The game is released on 8th September 2010.

2. F.E.A.R:
This amazing and horrible game is released on 18th October 2005. The game is based on supernatural phenomena. The F.E.A.R stands for the First Encounter Assault Recon. This game is based on a girl ALMA WADA. She has psionic power from her birth. Death and destruction start wherever she is present.

3. Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly:
This is a Japanese survival horror game. This game is released on 27 November 2003. The game is based on twin sisters Mio and Maya. They went to their childhood play spot where Maya had an accident. She started following a crimson butterfly and then both of them led to a lost village which is empty. Where they found a camera obscure which is set upon by the ghosts. Then the ghosts attack Maya. Mio tried to save her sister.

4. Lone survivor : 
This is one of the most incredible horror games ever. The release of this game is on 27 March 2012. It's a survival adventure game. It's a one-player game. In this game, you have to escape from the city alone and eat whatever you got or kill others for your survival. This is one of the most popular games among people.

5. Pathologic 2: 
Again it's also a survival game where you have to survive by killing others and by eating whatever you got and so on. The release of this game was on 23 May 2019. In this game, you have to resist the plague. You can make medicine and treat people. You can kill anyone if it's essential for your survival.

6. Resident Evil Series:
It's a Japanese survival horror video game. It is also named Biohazard. This game is based on a man who is searching for her kidnapped daughter. After a fateful encounter with Chris Redfield, he finds himself in a mysterious village, full of dangerous and mutant creatures.
